• Account information — if you sign in as a member, our publishing platform stores your email and membership status to give you access.
• Technical and usage data — Ghost, the hosting/CDN layer, and any analytics integration enabled for the site may process request details such as IP address, browser or device information, requested page, referrer, approximate region, and request timing. Some laws treat this as personal information even when we review it in aggregate.

Service providers and external content

Some services process information for us, while others receive technical request data directly from your browser when you use the feature they provide:

• Publishing, accounts, and email — Ghost hosts and publishes the site and manages member accounts. Ghost and the email delivery service configured for the site process account and subscription information as needed to provide those features.
• Hosting, security, and analytics — Ghost, the hosting/CDN layer, and any analytics integration enabled for the site may process technical and usage data to deliver pages, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and measure site use.
• Rankings feeds — when configured, the rankings page requests deliberately published CSV feeds hosted by Google Sheets. Those requests omit account credentials, but Google still receives technical request data such as your IP address, browser information, and request timing.
• Podcast audio and embeds — podcast rows may request an administrator-configured public RSS/audio feed. If a Spotify episode embed is used as the fallback player, your browser connects directly to Spotify. The applicable feed or player host receives technical request data needed to return the content.
• Player headshots — rankings headshots may be delivered by Sleeper's content delivery network. Sleeper receives technical request data needed to return the image. These image requests are configured not to send the address of the Fantasy Compass page you are viewing.
• Other embedded media — an article may contain an editor-approved external video or media embed. Loading it connects your browser to the provider identified by that embed.

Available integrations and their practices can change. We compare this section with the services actually enabled on the site and update the policy when the provider or data flow changes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in its footer, or contact us using the details below to make a request.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it unless we are required to keep it.

Children's privacy

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
