Ferg's been running fantasy leagues since 2010, applying his skills from both his full time job in data analysis, and long term spreadsheet expertise into both his home leagues and fantasy football research. He loves nothing more than helping others in any way possible and to share that with the fantasy community. It's that passion and determination that built the foundations The Fantasy Compass lies on today.

Cushy

Co-host & Analyst

Cushy's football obsession began with a late night watch of Super Bowl 51 in 2016, and it only deepened once fantasy football entered the picture that fall. He's spent years since mining stats, articles, and theory for insights others might overlook. The Irish lad's devotion to the game runs deep, all in pursuit of content good enough to educate fantasy players of every experience level.

Drew

Tech & Data

Drew's the expert check behind the scenes as our guy who makes sure everything actually works. He's not out front in the analysis, but nothing here would work without him assisting on the platform, the pipelines, and reviewing the numbers before they go live. He spends most of his time on unglamorous work you'll never see, but every so often we'll convince him to join us on the podcast or write an article when something he's passionate about catches his eye.
